The estate of the wealthy Valera Family of Vailia. Recently, in response to their financial situation, they have taken to lodging passers-by in the quarters upstairs, assuming they have the coin of course.

- The floor is dominated by the great hall (with a hidden book containing two scrolls) connecting to a small kitchen and the scribe's office.
- Upper floor
- The upper floor contains the bedrooms for the members of the Valera family and their hired hands.
