Pillars of Eternity Wiki

In response to patch v1.3.7.0.1377 to Pillars of Eternity (June 6, 2024), the random loot tables shown on the wiki have been updated. These changes may take time to propegate.

As a result, random loot data is no longer accurate to old versions of the game, including all console ports. We'll be working to provide a mechanism to switch between pre-patch and post-patch loot for console players.

Verzano is a character in Pillars of Eternity and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

He can be found in the Vailian Trading Company warehouse in the Ondra's Gift district of Defiance Bay. In Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire he can be found on the lower floor of the Imperial Command in The Brass Citadel.

Background[ | ]

Items in italics are quoted directly from the game.

A man stands in the corner of the warehouse, directing traffic. Gems wink from the many rings on his fingers as he points and waves at the laborers. His silk clothes, though finely embroidered, aren't new - you notice a couple mended seams around the shoulders and a discreet patch on one elbow.

Maestre Verzano hails from Ancenze and is currently operating the Vailian Trading Company in Defiance Bay. He boasts of being a part of the largest confederation of merchants and traders from the Republics, but his actual mercantile skills are less than stellar.

At All Costs

Quests[ | ]

  • At All Costs: Verzano starts the quest by asking you to make a delivery.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire[ | ]

  • If Verzano is not killed during At All Costs, he can be found sweeping the floors of Imperial Command, lower floor in The Brass Citadel. You can only "talk" to him via chatter dialogue. Having left the Vailian Trading Company in Defiance Bay after the debacle, he was welcomed into the RDC and promoted to "overseer of Sanitary Engineering". Though the Rauatians are stern, he is proud of his position, and is glad to still be alive.
