Warden's Lodge is a building that can be upgraded in Caed Nua in Pillars of Eternity.
Once upgraded, you can receive bounties here, which involve killing a party of famous brigands, and bringing the head of the leader back to the Warden, where you receive a considerable award, both in experience and coppers.
Once upgraded, the Warden's Lodge Bonus becomes available. Interact with your bed in Brighthollow and select this option to receive a +2 Survival bonus for 3 rests.

The Warden's Lodge watches over the wilds near the stronghold. Upgrading the lodge will grant a bonus to the Survival skill upon resting at Brighthollow as well as provide access to the warden, who offers high-level bounties.
