Wengra is a construction overseer in The White March - Part II.
She can be found in the Durgan's Battery exterior map, in front of the main entrance to the battery, once you've started The White March - Part II storyline. Once you've completed Ready the Cannons, she can be found on top of the West Tower.

The back of the orlan's head is a patchwork of singed, green-brown fur and dark, scar-rippled flesh.
She notices you and jumps back a foot. One of her staring eyes is gold, and the other is hazel. She flicks her left ear, which is little more than a nub on her skull.
Wengra is deaf her left ear, a result of a lifetime being a pyromaniac and a construction specialist. She's currently tasked with clearing debris and barricades out of the Battery and making it more habitable. Her primary goal, however, is the reactivation of the West Tower's arillery batteries that would provide the Stalwartians with an advantage against the Readcerans. As Taena's talented understudy, she'd be a natural choice for the battery's gun commander.

- Ready the Cannons: Wengra asks you to repair the cannons, so that she can blow up the enemies of Stalwart.
- Lair of the Eyeless: If the cannons are restored, she will offer her aid.

- Having Hiravias and Edér at the party while talking to her for the first time leads to a quite amusing conversation.
- She was voiced by Debi Derryberry who is known as the voice of 'Jimmy Neutron' in the show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
